Policymakers and practitioners need solid research and practical solutions to stop the buying of human beings for sexual exploitation. Unfortunately, a 2005 study by the International Organization of Migration concluded that research on customers of commercial sex is lacking. Demand Abolition is filling the void by directly funding and conducting new research.
