CNN International broadcast a poignant three-minute profile of Ambassador Swanee Hunt, Demand Abolition’s chair, highlighting her mission to end commercial sexual exploitation by confronting the driving force behind sex- trafficking: the men who choose to buy sex.

The profile promoted the CNN Freedom Project’s hour-long TV special, “Fight for Freedom: Confronting Modern-Day Slavery,” which was broadcast on CNN International several times over New Year’s weekend. Co-sponsored by the Freedom Project and Harvard’s Institute of Politics, the program brings onstage Swanee and four more leading figures in the fight against trafficking and exploitation, including Oscar-winning actress Mira Sorvino, modern slavery expert Siddarth Kara, anti-trafficking campaigner Rachel Lloyd, and Mexican activist Rosi Orozco. Their words speak to the very heart of our work.  Please watch and share.
