CEASE Network launch event in Phoenix, Arizona

Anti-trafficking leaders from around the country recently joined Demand Abolition in Phoenix, Arizona to launch the CEASE Network, (Cities Empowered Against Sexual Exploitation). A national collaboration of survivors of prostitution, criminal justice professionals, activists, researchers, and philanthropists, the CEASE Network is committed to reducing sex-buying in the United States by 20 percent over in the next two years.

To increase collaboration among CEASE Network members and their allies, Demand Abolition hosted more than 20 survivors, 85 law enforcement professionals, and dozens of data experts, for five days of education and training workshops on the latest and most innovative demand reduction techniques.
